How to fix issues with magic camera

If you have a problem with magic camera, the troubleshooting tips below can help.

  • Use a microfiber cloth to clean your rabbit eye camera. A dirty lens can make the original photo come out blurry and cause important details to be missed.
  • Take photos in good lighting. Taking a photo in area that is too dim or too bright can also lead to important elements being left out.
  • Install a SIM card. Install a nano-SIM card with a data plan to take photos when you are away from Wi-Fi.
