Note: Purchasing a rabbit r1 does not automatically create a rabbithole account for you. You must create your own rabbithole account.
How to log in to rabbithole
Follow the simple steps below to log in to your rabbithole account.
- On your phone, or computer, go to hole.rabbit.tech
- Type your email address and password and then click continue
Once you are logged in to rabbithole, you can view your journal, manage third-party services, change contact information, and manage your rabbit r1 device.
How to reset your rabbithole password
If you forget your rabbithole password or the password you tried is not working, use the steps below to reset your password.
- On your phone, or computer, go to hole.rabbit.tech
- Click forgot password?
- Type your email address and click continue
- Find the “change your password” email and click change password
- Follow the instructions on the page to change your password
I did not receive the password reset email
If you do not receive the password reset email after five minutes, try the following troubleshooting steps.
- Check your spam folder. Look for the password reset email in the spam or junk folder on your email account.
- Send another email. On the Check Your Email page, click Resend email.
- Double-check you are using the right email address. Make sure the email you entered matches the email for your rabbithole account. Confirm you have a rabbithole account by finding the original “verify your account” email that was sent when you first created your account.
