This article provides instructions on how to submit a data deletion request, also called a “GDPR Deletion Request”. This will delete your rabbithole account and all other cloud data stored by rabbit.
Note: In order for you to use your rabbit r1, it must be linked to a rabbithole account.
How to submit a rabbit data deletion request
Use the following steps to submit a data deletion request.
- Go to rabbit.tech/contact-us
- Fill out the form with your contact information
- In the select a reason drop-down menu, choose data deletion
- Click submit
You will receive a confirmation email after your data is deleted. You can still create a new rabbithole account with the same email address, or a different email, after your data is deleted.

Will a factory reset delete my account?
Performing a factory reset on your rabbit r1 will not delete your rabbithole account. A factory reset removes personal information locally on your r1.
Will unlinking my r1 delete my rabbithole data?
Unlinking your rabbit r1 does not delete your rabbithole data. If you unlink your rabbit r1, you will be prompted to go through the initial set up process.
