When you first set up your rabbit r1, you need to create a rabbithole account so you can activate your r1. Your rabbithole account is linked to your r1 device. rabbithole is a secure cloud hub that logs all of your interactions, searches, notes, recordings, and images.

How to make a new rabbithole account
Follow the steps below to create a rabbithole account.
- On your phone, or computer, go to hole.rabbit.tech
- Next to “don’t have an account?”, click sign up
- Type your email address and password and then click continue
- Select your region from the dropdown menu, complete the notice prompt, and then click continue
After you create your rabbithole account, you are ready to scan the QR code and link your r1.
What are the password requirements for a rabbithole account?
Your password for rabbithole must contain the following.
- At least eight characters
- At least three of the following
- Lower case letters (a-z)
- Upper case letters (A-Z)
- Numbers (0-9)
- Special characters (!@#$%^&*)
